Making A Purchase
TO MAKE A PURCHASE - Browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" .You will then be asked for delivery & payment details.

GIFT RECIPIENTS - we can send items to gift recipients for no extra charge, please set delivery address when checking out and if you have any message we can enclose a card free of charge - please email us separately with details.

SPECIAL ORDERS - we can sometimes order or make things especially for you or supply items in different colours or sizes to those illustrated. Please contact us if there is something you are interested in and we will do our best to help you.

STATIONERY - any card can be used for any purpose e.g. invitation, order of service etc. Once we have received your order we will contact you for further details as to the wording required - you can either specify the exact wording or we can provide you with standard wording. We can also either print or write in calligraphy extra details/ guests names for name cards etc. - please ask for a quote. Card prices include printed inserts where quantity ordered is more than 25 per type of card, where it is less than 25 there is a charge of £10. There is a 10% discount on cards where no insert is required e.g. thank you card - if you require no insert please contact us by email and we will deduct the 10%.

STATIONERY SAMPLES - we regret that we do need to charge for stationery samples as they are hand-made to order. We will not charge you postage if you order only stationery samples - we will deduct this subsequently to receiving your online order or you can send a cheque or phone with visa/ mastercard details.

We will refund the cost of stationery samples against a future order over £100.

OTHER SAMPLES - we regret that we do need to charge for samples as they are hand-made to order but you can order just one of any item if you wish to check what it looks like before committing to a larger order. We can send samples of ribbon or paper rose petals free of charge on request so that you can check colours. Please note that because the paper for the flowers and petals is hand-made, colours may vary between batches.

PAYMENT - We accept card payment by Visa and Mastercard or cheque or postal order made payable to 'Natural Design'. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

Credit cards will be charged on ordering. For orders where you may wish to order some time in advance e.g. more than 4 weeks ahead for weddings, you may contact us and request that 50% of the balance be charged on ordering and 50% on shipping.

Shipping And Handling
UK DELIVERY;
Standard delivery costs £2.95 and can be used for orders up to £75 in value. Orders are usually sent by 1st class Royal Mail. It does not cover loss or damage so items are posted at your own risk.

Special delivery costs £6 and insures against loss and damage. Special delivery does not guarantee next day delivery as many of our products are made to order - if you need something urgently please contact us first and we will do our best to help. A signature is required on receipt so there must be someone in at the delivery address.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY;
Delivery to Europe using Royal Mail costs £9 for order values up to £250.
Delivery to America & Worldwide using Royal Mail costs £16 for order values up to £250.

For orders above £250 please contact us for a quote. Prices for overseas may be recalculated where items ordered are particularly heavy and we may then send by parcelforce worldwide. You would be informed of any changes before a charge is made.

Delivery Schedule
Small and sample orders and items that we have in stock will be sent within 1 to 2 weeks. Stationery & other items that are made to order will normally be sent within 4 weeks (for stationery orders please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for production of the proof).

Please ask if you need anything urgently or on a particular date and we will do our best to help you.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy
Natural Design do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy
Products that are made to order cannot be returned or refunded except where damaged or faulty as covered in your statutory rights. Other refunds are at our discretion and we will only consider a refund if contacted before return of the goods.

Remittance Terms
Payment can be made by card, cheque, postal order or bankers draft payable to 'Natural Design'.

For trade customers, first orders are payable by pro-forma invoice after which an account can be set up - please contact us for further details.
